Cooler Temps

A cool morning turned into a perfect fall day. We had the coolest night/morning since May 13th. I wish I could have enjoyed it more instead of rushing around so much. I did enjoy not breaking out in a sweat for the first time since last spring when I made the trek across campus to teach class this afternoon. At least Paul and I got to take a walk after I got home from work, even if it was hurried.

Rain, Rain, Go Away

We've had thunderstorms and heavy down pours most of the time for the past two days. We just heard from the weather forecast that tomorrow could be the wettest day yet. It has been the kind of day/week that only a fish could love.

Sick & Weather

Spent the day not feeling so good again and am fearing that I'm facing a rebound of the upper respiratory infection I never quite got over. My "pic of the day" is of one that represents threatening weather like what we are expecting tonight.

Slow Day

The weekend was waaaay too short. We had some time to watch a movie this afternoon which was nice, and talk about things that we want to work on as a couple. We also watched the final three teams enter the Amazing Race finale. I just wish I had one more down day to get to feeling even better before heading back to work. My "pic of the day" is of some funky weather clouds left over today from all the rain we had this weekend.
