What an insane day full of emotional roller coasters again! I would say that this was one of the worst days I've had in a long time and I'm still trying to make sense of it all. I'm just physically, emotionally and mentally exhausted, but can't sleep because of the thoughts swimming round and round in my mind.

What an insane day full of emotional roller coasters again! I would say that this was one of the worst days I've had in a long time and I'm still trying to make sense of it all.
